The Committee on Roads & Transportation moves to amend the bill on page 2, section 3a, line 11, after the word "for", by striking the following: "routine daily" and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "general"

On page 2, section 3a, line 18, by striking all of subdivision (3) and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"(3) Recreational purposes starting Fridays at four o'clock in the evening through Sundays, and holidays over weekends, beginning on Friday at twelve o'clock noon, and ending on the following Monday at twelve o'clock noon, and on holidays: Provided, That a classic motor vehicle or a classic motorcycle as defined in this section may be registered under the applicable class at the applicable registration fee set forth in section three of this article and may be used for general transportation."
